About &Sustain

Realistic, not theoretical.

It takes on-the-ground experience to know what operational exposure is and how to address it. The gap between what you think today's risk is, and what it may actually eventuate into, is where your risk exposure sits. It is where most plans fail: from the first time they're tested, or by a hundred small incidents, to a tsunami event.
